DILHAN jewellery designed to last for many years to come if you look after it and handle it with care. Follow these guidelines for a DILHAN piece to be looking its best for years to come:

We recommend you remove jewellery when showering, bathing or swimming.

Keep it well away from chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, vinegar, ammonia, hand sanitizers, and other such liquids. If it does come into contact with chemicals, rinse it in water immediately.

Take your jewellery off if you're involved in any activity which could scratch, knock or damage it. If in any doubt, take it off and keep it safe.

Bathe and apply any lotions or perfumes before you put your jewellery on. Organic gemstones are particularly vulnerable to acids, even perspiration.

Make sure your skin is dry before handling your piece.

When storing jewellery, please keep it away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions.

Store it separately, ideally in the soft pouch provided, so that your pieces don't tangle, rub or scratch one another.

A soft, lint free cloth or even better a gold polishing cloth is an effective way to keep gold jewellery looking its very best.

Returns are available only for the products that are not used and in good condition in 14 days from the date of delivery. Custom made and customised items are not eligible for return. All DILHAN pieces are handmade, through a combination of traditional techniques and new, innovative methods. The craftspeople who work on DILHAN jewellery in Istanbul preserve and develop inherited artisanal techniques; their tacit knowledge and savoir faire represent an intangible cultural heritage that is at risk.

Working in close collaboration with craftspeople – creating a personal relationship of trust and knowledge exchange – enables creative risk-taking, but not at the expense of techniques developed over centuries.
