As you choose the delivery address during the completion of the purchase order, our prices indicated at the end of your purchase include import duties, taxes, and delivery costs. Our company cannot be held responsible for the problems arising from the customs procedures (e.g. if the product shipped is not accepted to enter the relevant country due to the laws and legislation).

We work on pre-order basis which means that your chosen item is produced from scratch for every customer. Normally, the items will be delivered to your indicated address within 4-6 weeks from the date of confirmation of your order.

However, if the production is completed earlier, we will inform you and start the shipment process immediately. Once you have the e-mail indicating that the items have been shipped, the delivery will be made within 1-4 working days at the latest.
