Return Policy
You have the right to return/exchange the items you bought from our website, only if the product is faulty, as our products are customized, resized and produced especially for you.
How to return/exchange:
In order to return/exchange any items, you will need to send us an e-mail via mail@dilhan.co.uk stating your name, delivery address, phone number, order number, and in case of an exchange, the item code and size of the new product(s).
We will reply to your e-mail with a return address within 48 hours and We will inform you of our return address for you to send your product.
Please follow the instructions below, when packing your return to send back to us: 1) Put the jewellery back in the DILHAN pouch. Please wrap the pouch with bubble wrap or tissue paper for protection and place it in the presentation box. 2) Please make sure that you put the certificate of authenticity and presentation box with safely packed jewellery in another small bag or pouch before placing it in a sturdy box. You may use the shipping box, you have received your order in. 3) After packing please make sure the package is sealed securely.
We recommend you keep the shipping document until the items reach us, in case of a lost or stolen package.
Once your package has arrived, we will inspect the items and have the right to refuse the return if the items are not in good condition or complete as stated above. In case the stones on the jewellery are fractured or dislocated or the metal/gold parts are harmed, DILHAN does not have any responsibility to exchange the item. However, you can contact us to fix the jewellery for extra fee determined by DILHAN.
If your return passes our inspections, we will refund you the price you paid for your order. However, duties and taxes cannot be refunded. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to make deductions from the price under the subsequent circumstances: 1) To account for any decrease in the value of the goods if they are not in the same condition as they were when initially supplied; or 2) To compensate for any loss or damage incurred due to your failure to adhere to our Returns guidelines.
Refund and Exchange:
Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by you and if the items are subject to any customs duties and taxes, these will be deducted from the refund.
Your refund will be realized within 30 (thirty) days from the date of our e-mail confirming that your return has been accepted, with the same method that you used to make the payment.
We cannot be held liable for any fees or costs charged by the bank or other financial institutions in case of refunds.
If you want to exchange your items for other items with a higher price, the difference will be charged and invoiced to you. For the products exchanged with lesser-priced items, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
If you are a resident of London, you are welcome to return the piece in person to Flat 3, 17 Stanley Gardens W11 2NG, United Kingdom
